Usually, it’s the task creation for a new project. This is a tedious and time consuming process that involves a lot of steps.

Typically, first you need to create a project as a placeholder for your tasks. Then you create tasks and assign them to the users.
Sometimes you also need to create these users and invite them into your project management app.

There is no need to create the project up-front. You can just type its name while creating your first task:
